Sales Management Trainee (Australian Based Company)
Jakarta Raya - Kemang, Jakarta Selatan



Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:

Phase 1: Sales and Marketing Development
Learn to develop themselves and communication skills. Sales can be done trough events and we will TRAIN candidates to be ready to enter the stage menagement.

Phase 2: Training Development
Will be train to be able to perform better than phase 1, and will begin to organize and supervise events or road shows in Jakarta or any other city around Indonesia.

Phase 3: Business Development
To lead team of minimum 15 people and to learn how to manage an office.

Requirements:


A person who can work in a team.
Have a great motivation to get their goals.
Love to talk and deal directly with people.
Have at least 1 year experience (prefferred).
Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
Loves to travel
Domiciled in Jabodetabek
